Takaya Bistro first opened at Chinatown Point, offering a value-for-money Japanese buffet &  unpretentious Ala Carte Menu. Due to its popularity, a second cosy outlet at Upper Thomson was opened in Feb 2007.  Be sure to visit this site regularly to view our new promotions!

How to get there:

Chinatown Point – (by MRT) Drop off at Dhoby Ghaut or Outram Park stations, transfer to North-East line (purple) & get off at Chinatown station.  Look for (E) exit to Chinatown Point.

Upper Thomson- (by MRT and/or Bus) Drop off at Toa Payoh MRT station. Take Bus 163 from Toa Payoh Interchange and drop at bus-stop after Shell station & open-aired food court named “Longhouse” on the left (about 10-12min into the bus-ride).  OR take Bus 166 from Ang Mo Kio Interchange and drop at bus-stop after Upper Thomson Post Office on the left (approximately 12-14min into the bus-ride).
